Employee Assistance Accreditation

Employee Assistance Accreditation. The Employee Assistance Society of North America has a mentoring program for those who are seeking accreditation. The program has been modified according to the new employee assistance program standards, published by the Council of accreditation. Any program that has applied to the council of accreditation will have an option of getting assigned an EASNA mentor, if the applying body is a member of EASNA. The mentors are specially trained to provide upto four hours of free help to the applying organization. After the completion of four hours, the concerned agency can individually sign a contract with the mentor, with the approval of EASNA. The technical assistance study guide is available through the council of accreditation.
